This Privacy Policy describes how Talent Optimization Academy LLC, doing business as Winston Media ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use Stella, our LinkedIn growth platform (the "Service"), and the websites meetstella.io and consultwinston.com.

When you use Stella, we collect:
- Account information — name, email address, mobile phone number (optional), company name, and password.
- Profile and campaign data — your Ideal Customer Profile inputs (job titles, location, industry, company size), connection logs, daily activity, and notes you choose to enter.
- Usage data — pages viewed, actions taken in the app, and timestamps.
- Communication preferences — whether you've opted in to email and SMS notifications.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and operate the Stella service.
- Source and deliver daily LinkedIn prospects matched to your ICP.
- Send you account-related notifications by email and SMS where you have opted in.
- Improve the Service and troubleshoot issues.
- Communicate with you about your account.
3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in during account setup, you may receive SMS messages from Stella related to your account activity — milestone celebrations, streak achievements, and weekly performance summaries.
- Message frequency: varies based on your activity, typically 0–5 messages per week.

- To opt out, reply STOP to any message at any time.

4. Third-Party Service Providers
We use the following service providers to operate Stella. These providers process limited data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy commitments:
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Vercel — web hosting
- Resend — email delivery
- Twilio — SMS delivery
- Apollo.io — prospect data sourcing
- Stripe — payment processing
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, encrypted storage, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
7. Your Rights

- Opt out of SMS by replying STOP.
